Reservations, Terms & Conditions...

 Reservations are accepted from 7 A.M. til 9 P.M. at 800 594-2253 and may be confirmed with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. Personal checks for the amount of one night's stay, less taxes, received within 5 days of telephone booking are accepted as deposit for confirmation. Reservations made with less than 5 days lead time and no credit card will require "Moneygram" or similar arrangement.

Our cancellation policy requires notice seven days before the date of your reservation. Any cancellations prior to that will receive a refund of deposit less a $10 booking fee. Those reservations held with credit card will have only the $10 booking fee charged to the account. Because we have turned away many advance requests for your reserved accommodations, if your cancellation is made with less than seven days notice, the deposit or reservation total PLUS $10 booking fee will be forfeited for the nights we are unable to re-book your accommodations. Though we normally have a "stand-by" list, it is not always possible for others to make or change plans with little notice, thus any refund will be based solely on our ability to re-book the accommodations.
